If anyone is having issues with syncing, maybe try this...
Turn off the location. A warning should show up in the app. Click on the "fix it" and make sure all 3 location permissions are allowed...
Location Services
Location Permission
Background Location Permission
All 3 of the above need to be allowed. I was having syncing taking forever and not working until i found my Background permission was only allowed while using the app. All 3 need to be allowed, not just while using the app!!! Hope this helps.
