My Bluetooth is telling me it can't communicate with my charge 2 to try to pair. I've turned on/ off my Bluetooth multiple times and it's still pairing with other stuff. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the phone and fitbit multiple times. I've tried all the "syncing" fixes for charge 2 here. This started as of October 19 it quit syncing. I am thinking the Bluetooth is broken on the Fitbit.

Could you please confirm that you have followed steps of help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? Could you also try setting up your Charge 2 with device if you have one.
