Hi. Yesterday, I did two walks around my neighborhood and the exercise tile didn't fill in and a claim that I did mountain biking which I didn't do the day before. I had to use the start tracking to fill it in. Later in the day, the exercise I did showed up with the correct information. Now today, it is on repeat. Anyone have a solution to solve this problem that might be a glitch?

Similar issue. I log in my gym activities by pressing the button to start and stop an activity tracking and selecting strength training and either elliptical or treadmill. The past two days, the only activity that shows up on my Fitbit app is long walks outside picked up by GPS/step counter but not the gym activities that I entered using the start and stop button. I hope this gets fixed because I have relied on Fitbit for years to track my activity. Also, I tried restarting my phone and even did a restart on the Fitbit but it did not fix this.

Spoke to support and they said there is a issue with the app. They are looking to fix this soon and told me to look out for a update within the app store (android). Maybe IOS be quicker i am not sure. No ETA. I hope support was right with this as its been 3 days for me.

So do glad I found these posts. My exercise hasn't been syncing since 4th September. I've done all the suggested usual fixes to no avail. Checked the Fitbit Health dashboard and there's no mention of an issue so thought it was only a 'me' issue! If a million users have this issue and each wastes 2 hours trying to fix then that's 2 million wasted hours. Why oh why don't they communicate problems and do us all a favour!? Grrrrrr
