Charge 2 exercise time.

Hi all. Recently, and occasionally, my charge 2 recognises exercise like ‘outdoor bike’ but does not show up towards my exercise time. Tonight I did 42 minute bike ride but time not recorded (I did the 9 minutes earlier in day). screen shots in replies below. 

 

Any ideas on why why and how to fix?
