I tracked a run on the Fitbit and ended it like normal. Then when I got home and tried to sync it the workout won't show up.  

 

I've tried: 

Forgetting and refinding the Bluetooth for the Fitbit on my phone

Restarting both my charge 2, and phone

Checking the online dashboard

Logging out and in the app

Updating the app

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Let me help your missing exercise and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the exercise still doesn't show after the steps you tried please manually log it.
