Hi everyone, I have seen a couple posts regarding screen fading. Mine is very faded but works fine otherwise. What are the answers to fix this in 2020? Is there somewhere I can take/send it to for a repair? It sounds ridiculous to throw out a working fitbit and replace it.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen fading. The recommended troubleshoot for a screen issue is that you restart your tracker. Please follow these instructions to do so.
