had my charge 2 for a couple of months and never had a problem with syncing it my phone, right upto this morning. however, have tried to sync it and my phone cannot find it at all. I have also tried to reset the charge 2, but when I hold the button down, it just changes between turning the notifications on and off. anyone have any ideas?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
