I have read many posts on the charge 2 strap problems. The first charge 2 i had was replaced under warranty when the strap broke. The strap on the new one lasted 13 months...the next strap 3rd party one lasted 7 months...then 8 months and now after 4 months i have just fitted another new one...this is CRAZY. The design of the plastic part of the connector is rubbish...it is too thin and can't take the flexing. Please sort this out eith a new design..it's not rocket science. Just a robust strap fit for purpose. Thanks

I bought several staps on ebay so I can change it often. Ive not had any break but one is now cracking if you wear it constantly as I do I think you need to change the strap to give it a rest Ive had fit bits for several years
