I have this issue too & sometimes will start relax on its own. Both just started today. So annoying. Will they reach out to me as well on this. Other issues I have a pixel on the screen out as well as my heart rate monitor is cracked but still works, but those I can live with. The constant shuffling through menu's  & occasionally starting relax on it's own is my biggest issue.

Welcome aboard @Brokefang_no1, thanks for your post.

I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing the same issue, totally understand your frustration. Before moving forward and contact our Customer Support team on your behalf, can you please try our restart process following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists?

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Looking forward to your reply.

I know I’ve tried a few times as well. Missing it now as I have a Aria scale as well and my lockdown exercise routine has faltered 😩😩

Mine eventually went through a battery doing this (no reply from fitbit on this issue) so much that it died in 7 hrs. I finally gave up & bought a charge 4 which I already have issues with too. Starting to think I will try apple next time I need one if fitbit doesn't make it right with the charge 4. Not happy I had to pay full price on the 4 when in other posts they were offered a discount twds a new tracker.
