So I just recieved my new fitbit charge 4, my very first fitbit ever and my display was working for the synchronization and then while.it was charging it stopped working. Now I cant get the screen to work to get the pin code to sync the device to my phone. Is there any way to fix this? Or to get a new one without spending another $150?

I have also tried resetting the device and deletes the app. I've tried everything I could find to possibly work. The device vibrates like it's on but i cant see my screen at all. Please help!!
