Hello, I've had my charge 2 for a few years now it's always worked and connected without hassle but the last few days it kept falling out of sync with my phone. After looking online I saw a suggestion to unpair the two and re-pair them. Now however my phone says its found my tracker but will not connect it just keeps timing out and asking me to try again. I have tried draining the fitbit and charging it up full, I've force stopped the app and reopened it and I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth and nothing seems to work.
Also if it makes any difference my phone is a huawei p20 lite and everything is updated as recently as it can be. Thank you.
