Charge 2 glitches on the screen

My Charge 2- which I have had for about 2 years now, suddenly started glitching yesterday. It has been working well ever since I got it. The screen began glitching, so I took it off for a few hours. When I got back to it, the screen was normal so I put it on again, but shortly afterward it began glitching again and has not stopped. Anyone have this issue? I can't even figure out if I can turn it off and on again when on the charger

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Hey @llama42, welcome to the Community! If your Charge 2 is acting weird, and you already tried to restart it as @SunsetRunner suggested, I'd like you to set up your Charge 2 as a new device by following the instructions in this post.

Thanks for the suggestion @HeydyF, but I can't see anything to connect this. Posting pictures of what my glitches look like. @llama42 thank you for sharing pictures of your tracker. At this point the best thing to do is letting our Support team know about the issue. They will review your case and provide options. You will get an email from them.

My Fitbit Versa Lite  I've had for maybe a few months (Maybe got it in February 2020) and today it's started glitching.  It somehow always ends up on the "Relax" section and it'll glitch from the main screen to different screens.  I don't keep it near water or wear it in water so I'm not sure what's happening?  Any suggestions?

I'm having the same thing with my CHARGE 2 it did this in the morning and it's still working but I can't see the screen to check my stats  or the clock.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

For anyone else having this issue please restart the tracker first 3 times in a row by doing the following: Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter. Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely. Your tracker should start charging.

I've done that but it still glitches so I direct messaged FITBIT and they said that it's out of warranty so I upgraded to the charge 5.
