My Charge 2 has completely died! It was working fine yesterday, no warning that the battery was getting low. Plugged it in to the charger, nothing on the screen, no vibration, nothing. Any suggestions please?

Hi Wendy, thanks for that. I've managed to 'live chat' with customer support & after trying a few different things they are replacing my fitbit free of charge as it was still within warranty. Thank you again
