mine has not paired or recorded steps since 4:50 pm 02/16/19.
checked my phone and it shows paired to my fitbit.

Thanks for your reply @pegers! Yes, but I'm asking because there are some phone models that are no compatible with Fitbit devices but work with them, although the users might experience connectivity issues. So let me ask you this, did you try the the tips on the link I posted above? If not, please give it a try and let me know how it goes!

Same problem. Phone recognizes Fitbit, but app keeps looking for the watch.

Hey @pegers and @DianaKate, I hope you are doin' fine! Seems that your Charge 2 are not syncing. Let me ask you this, what phones are you using with your Fitbit trackers? Are they compatible devices? If so, then I's like you to review the troubleshooting tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

i have a htc phone.it had been working just fine for about 8 months then the sync problem started.
i tried all of their fixes and it still does not work...

I'd like you to confirm with me the troubleshooting you have tried so far to fix these syncing issues, so please take a look at the information in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? And also, I want to know which HTC model are you using? Is it a compatible device?

that is what mine has been doing for a long time..it will work great then just stop syncing.then some time
later it will work again...

Hey @khoous, welcome to the Community! The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is not a compatible device, as you can see in this help article. So I'm afraid that you might experience syncing issues with it and your Charge 2. Since you mentioned that they were working before, maybe the phone is under testing, although I can't guarantee that. Anyway, I will suggest you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? And let me know how it goes!

I am having the same issue. There was an update to my fitbit app 2 days ago. Ever since then it has not synced and tells me there is no internet connection. I have an internet connection and could go to the fitbit.com website on my phone. I have done everything in the help instructions and it still will not sync. Please help. This is very frustrating.
