Yesterday when I woke up I thought my watch was dead so I put it on charge, left it all day to charge, checked my app its saying fully charged put my watch on and there is nothing on the display. When you move the watch I can see some lines faintly going up the screen, the back green lights are flashing when you move the watch, Its a couple of years old now. Any suggestions?

I have a similar problem and based on the lack of help from Fitbit, it seems they don't care if Charge 2 loyal customers are having problems.

Same. This is my third fitbit watch, I've been with them for many years. They were super helpful in the past but now that my charge 2 has a frozen screen, they can only offer me a small discount on a new watch. I told them that it makes no sense that they don't care that the watch just stopped working, I didn't drop it, it's not shattered, no water damage. It just stopped working and they can't repair it or do anything about it. Because it's 3 years old.
