Last week, I noticed that the data on the full-screen graph of heart rate data have been shifted up by 6-8 bpm versus the half-screen graph shown on the summary screen for heart rate data. The half-screen graph still appears to be plotted correctly.
This error began at the same time the full-screen chart began to use automatic scaling that seems to base the max and min values of the y-axis on the range of data being plotted. This is a great idea as long as the data are plotted correctly, but it is useless if they are wrong. I like the concept, but not the results.
Since a fix is needed, I also recommend revising the calculation of the limits to set the y-axis maximum to the next highest multiple of five above above the actual max value, and the minimum to the next lowest multiple of five below the actual min value. The chart will be much easier to read.
