I have had my charge 2 since December 2016. Over the last few days it has been not keeping charge and now the screen is fading. I can read the clock but the rest of the features are not displaying. I have reset it but nothing has fixed it. Any suggestions.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery and screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since regardless of the battery life your screen isn't working I have create a ticket for you so Support can further assist you via email.
