Charge 2 heart rate gone wrong since update

Since updating my phase 2 recently my heart rate isnt registering right. For example after a good nights sleep im waking up to over 100 active mins and a calorie burn of 1500! Ive reset it multiple times but still no joy. Anyone else have this problem or any ideas to rectify it?

@Loraine11, a warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 heart rate reading. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

I'm having the same problem. My charge 2 has stopped reading heart beat. I have reset it multiple times with no luck. The lights are working, but I can't get it to give me a heart rate and because of that my sleep metrics aren't working.

 

I turned off the heart rate monitor. Synced it. Turned heart rate to on. synced it.  No luck. Turned heart rate to Auto, synced it. No luck. Rebooted the device, synced it, no luck. Rebooted phone just for good measure, synced, no luck.

 

My firmware version is 22.22.55.2. Do I need to get an update? I'm really hoping this isn't dead.

Having same issue. have tried all suggestions and still no HR reading.
