So my BPM has stopped working on my watch. I have reset three times, I’ve clean it. I’ve made sure it’s on auto on the app. Both green lights are still doing their thing. Is there anything else I can try?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 heart rate not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it again (and thank you for retrying these steps). Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
