My charge 2 doesn’t remind me to move each hour. Can I fix it?

Did it work before, or just set it up and hasn't worked yet?

It did work before! I didn’t do anything differently so I’m not sure what changed.

I can only suggest maybe you have accidentally changed a setting:

On phone app tap 250+ steps tile, then gear icon near top right to make sure still set for them.

Are you getting any notifications? If not, check not in DND or Sleep mode.
