Charge 2 hr sensor damaged

It seems my Fitbit is not hermetic anymore. Some dust got inside the sensor at the back of the band.
As of now, it does not seem to affect the readings, nevertheless I stopped wearing my Fitbit for the moment.

What are the warranty procedures for this case? It was bought in Dec 2017 in Ireland.

That is the altimeter hole and is the so that your Fitbit can see changes is height. 

Add a hollow tube, yes it is possible to get dust,  creams,  dead cells,  etc to clog it. The solution is to clean it out.

 

The deal is at the end of the hole and not at the entrance.

I will try to describe my issue more precisely. Looks like plastic at the back of the watch starts to crack. It is visible in central part of the watch (heart rate sensor I believe).

 

Here is the general photo - the crack is visible under stronger light:

What about the crack ? Could you fix this ?
My fitbit ionic has same crack, i don't know the sensors is still working or not

Thank for your help. Last year, they contacted with me and it were not good experience. I don't need voucher, i just want to find some part for replace the sensors of my fitbit from another member in this community. That is so sad when I bought something cannot repair.
