Hi,

My wife has a problem with her Fitbit Charge 3, which she had many times with her Versa 1 and that is on Monday 30th November, while visiting her mother in hospital, the Charge 3 screen fell off.

It wasn’t struck, bumped or in any other way treated roughly.  Even more annoying, just like with the Versa, there was no warning, so she didn’t notice until the next day, which means is all we have is the chassis.

 

Has anyone else heard of this, I certainly haven’t and I have been really happy with my Charge 4, as is my son.

 

Maybe the glue that Fitbit is using is defective, because it was certainly an issue with the Versa.

Sorry to hear that your wife's Charge 3 screen falling off. This is the first time I have heard about this for a Charge 3 but still this isn't an expected behavior on your device.This is why I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
