Charge 2 is acting slow

My charge 2 stopped working.  I’ve Signed out and logged back in on the app but that didn’t work. When you press the button on the watch it very slowly transitions to the next tile.  Like in slow motion.  It has the date right. The time is slow and it hasn’t recorded a single step today. Is there any way to turn the watch off and on again?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working as it should. The Fitbit app won't affect your tracker the way you are describing it. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.

I also moved your post to its own thread as it wasn't related the main topic on the original one.
