I was woken this morning to my fitbit vibrating constantly as it was entering and exiting the timer mode, then found that it would randomaly shuffle through menus as if the button was being pressed and sometimes held. I started to google on my phone what was happening and shortly after I started searching it stopped. so I layed back down and within five minutes it started again. I looked up restarting my fitbit and preformed that. it contunued to act as though it was being pressed. I tried restarting it a couple more times and it seems to have stopped for now. but I was wondering what could have caused this.

It has been really disappointing to see how disinterested the company has been in actually helping customers solve this problem. My watch also started vibrating constantly and switching between various screens until the battery went dead. If you are having this problem, treat it like a cell phone that has been submerged in water. Put the watch in uncooked rice for a few days. You don't need a lot of rice, only enough to cover the watch itself. I took my band off of the watch. I was ready to throw my fitbit away when I remembered that I had washed it under running water the day before it failed. The Charge 2 is supposed to be water resistant. Having read the company's response to this concern, I assumed that the watch was shot. I put it in a ziplock bag with rice and forgot about it for a week. When I pulled it out, I found that it was working perfectly. That has continued for 3 days. It is difficult for me to believe that the company didn't know that this was a moisture issue.

As of 2 days ago I have been experiencing the same problem. Unfortunately recharging it nor restarting it seems to be working. Any other suggestions?

I am having the same issue with it vibrating and scrolling through the items. I also have 2 black lines across the screen. I have drain the battery, restarted, charged and repeated when it happens, would love a solution.

Hi my charge 2 just started vibrating non stop until it died. I tried a reboot but nothing changed.
When I plug it in to recharge it just starts vibrating again. The reboot process does not have any effect.
