need to file a claim on my fitbit it will not charge on anything have tired 2 different chargers

Your first call should be the place you bought it from to exchange it for a replacement.

 

Only after that should you get in contact with Fitbit support. http://contact.fitbit.com.

My fitbit has stopped working.. shuts on and off...very annoying..wont keep charge.

Then Do a Restart

 

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Hi Mike...the contact fitbit link above is not working. Please could you share the functional link. Thank you. 

My charge 4 fitbit strap is broken. The screws connecting the strap to the watch body have snapped and my device is less than 6 months old. I wanted to file for a warranty claim. Thank you for all your help.
