Charge 2 is not functioning correctly

Hi ,

Since 1 month my FITBIT Charge2 is not displaying the time and other data accurately.

and I have to sync every time to get the data correctly on the display. Syncing atleast 5 times a day.

as well as I am getting a line on the display sometime and the device stop functioning for a while. it is 2 years old device.Fitbit issue

@Pratyush Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't working correctly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

Thank you for your response.

 

It fully stopped working now. Disappointed for that.

I used to get this bright line as in the picture after I do the sync with my iphone and then the issue with accuracy occurs.

How can I get it service???? Please help.FITBIT.JPG
