Recovering sleep and exercise data from a Charge 2

I noticed that several people have posted already today about sync issues with the Charge 2 from Sunday, Jan 21, but see no answers as of now.

 

I had syncing issues too, with both my Galaxy S9 and my iPad.  After restarting the Charge 2 several times and getting nowhere, I finally called support. During the course of our conversation, I mentioned that I had unpaired my Charge2 from my phone, and had thus lost all sleep and exercise data since last night.  The gentleman was very helpful, and he indicated that the data was stored for up to 7 days, and it may be possible to recover it.  Before we could solve the problems, the call dropped, and I have yet to receive a return call (going on 4 hours now).

 

Eventually, I was able to get everything fixed on my own, but as I suspected, no exercise data from this morning or sleep data from last night synced.  Does anyone know how to recover this info?

@6GirlsMom A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear about your missing information. I guess you were able to setup the tracker again. If the data wasn't transferred when you setup the tracker then you can manually log your sleep and activity so you have a record on your account.
