Charge 2 is not restarting

My Charge 2 went dead randomly, without the usual low battery warning. It will not restart again, even after 12 hours of charging.
Tried different USB ports.

And tried restarting while connected to a computer as well.

It does have some power - the green lights underneath ARE flashing rhythmically.

But it will not reboot. Is it finished? It’s 4 years old.
