Charge 2 is not syncing with my phone. It can't find my phone when they are right next to each other

Phone and Fitbit not syncing.  Says unable to find device

Mine too!  Says it last synced Sunday night at 11pm, and nothing for Monday or Tuesday now.  Maybe they just did some update that has a bug??

UPDATE:  I found in another thread how to restart the Charge 2.  Plug it into your computer (or other USB port) and connect to your tracker.  Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds (till the Fitbit logo shows and it vibrates). (Then you can unplug the Fitbit.)  Then I closed the Fitbit app, turned off the bluetooth, then turned it back on.  Opened the Fitbit app, and told it to sync.  Finally found the tracker and updated!
