Like many others it ha been a while since my Charge 2 has actually synced to my app.  What is going on and when will this be fixed?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Have you tried any troubleshoots? You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
