My charge 2 kind of died last night, it had been charged in the morning and worn all day and to the gym but later that night the display has gone to vertical lines, sometimes 2 lines sometimes more. The battery sign has gone and I've followed the reset instructions but it's still the same. Any help greatly appreciate.

Hello @katie1974 and welcome to the Community. If you tried restarting just once, you can try 2-3 times. Sadly, your Charge 2 just might be more than kind of dead. It is an older model tracker, released in 2016 and discontinued in 2018. Screen failures like your are common in older devices.

Thankyou @LZeeW I will try a few more times, it has done me proud all these years I suspect it's time to upgrade to a newer one.

@katie1974 My daughter still wears her Charge 2. She treats it with TLC and invested some money, but not a fortune, in accessory bands. She was very unhappy to learn the Fitbit took the altimeter out of the Charge 5. Now she treats it with more TLC. 😉
