Charge 2 isn´t syncing

Charge 2 will not sync.  Heart rate has not tracked for approx a week.  In constant “Looking” mode

My charge 2 is syncing when used with a walk using my phone. Any other steps just using my watch are not syncing at all. Any ideas anyone?

I noticed that you have a case with our Support Team and that they have already assisted you @Harper52 and @DianeDow.

@MarcieChiarello, could you please confirm that you have followed the steps of help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Could you please let me know what are you experiencing exactly?

Well, my husband has been going round in circles trying to get my Charge 2 to sync & out of desperation I charged up my Fitbit One which I haven't worn for a while. For some reason within an hour or two my steps taken throughout the day ( and also for the past 2 days} have now shown up on my charts. Not sure why but at the moment seems to be working. Will be in contact again if have any more problems.

I followed the steps messaged to me & was successful in synching my Fitbit to track my HR. Thanks to all!
