Charge 3 won’t sync

I have a charge 3 and it will not sync to my phone. I’ve tried resetting my Fitbit and phone and I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. Nothing is working

Welcome to the Fitbit  Community, @uggghhhh. Thank you for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to sync your Charge 3.

 

To sync your tracker again, please try pairing it to your account one more time. Follow the instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
