My fitbit is no longer tracking my heartrate and hasn't for a little while.
I have cleaned the device, restarted it and checked it is on tight, can anyone advise please?
Furthermore this week, I have encountered problems with the screen: it often remains blank, but when it does wake up, sometimes it scrolls through the various displays and drains the battery. Please advise
