Device charged last night no problem worked ok then all data scrolling constantly across screen couldn’t stop it tried restart nothing wont charge. Nothing on screen. Any ideas?

@Rh97105 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker keeps scrolling through their menu items and thank you for restarting it. Try cleaning the button area with cotton and rubbing alcohol the use compressed air at a distance to clear any debris that may be inside it.

My charge 2 is scrolling and will not let me change screens. When I tap nothing happens when I push button, it wont change screen. Have rebooted several times. Any suggestions?
