Charge 2 keeps switching off

Hi, 

 

My charge 2 keeps switching off by itself even though the battery is fully charged. It gets reset once i turn it back on by holding the power button. I have always been charging it the same way and not sure if any setting got changed. Let me know how to fix it.

Fully charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours and restart your device.
