Hi
My Charger 2 keeps turning itself off and only comes back on after i have connected it to the mains. It will say fully charged so i unplug it and start wearing it. after an hour or so it turns itself off again. Can anyone help me? I think it might be a case of just replacing it

@HodgeIsHere It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 turning itself off and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Not sure if this is a battery issue or a display one so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi
thank you for your reply 😊
i gave the contacts a clean line you said and left it to charge overnight. Unfortunately it is asking to set up again and it is not linking to my phone (Apple iPhone) or my partners (Samsung Galaxy). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and turning my Bluetooth on and off
