Can someone help please. Been out all afternoon my charge 2 was showing 98mins activity. Couldn't connect with my phone. Switched off phone and bluetooth then back on. Deleted my device from the app then readded it and then the activity was gone from the watch and my calories had dropped by about 1000. Any ideas?

Let me help you with your missing data. When you removed your tracker you deleted the connection to any account so once you set it up again it started from zero. You can manually log your activity to have a record on your account and if you have any syncing issues try these suggestions first.
