Hi. Over the last 2 months my wife's Charge 2 (connected to Samsung S9) is no longer scrolling the content of a text message when received, it just shows the name of the sender only. I have reinstalled the app, re-paired the bluetooth, checked the notification setting in the app are set to sender and message, checked the phone is set to show notification previews etc but it's still not working properly. Any ideas much appreciated or it goes in the bin?

Any updates or solutions to this problem? I really miss this function on my charge 2.
