Hi my charge will sync the data but won’t all day sync to allow call or text notifications?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

It may not be the all day sync that's the problem. A common cause of notifications not coming through to the Charge 2 is when it is accidentally put into do not disturb mode. This is toggled on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?

Hi thank you... but when toggling on the Fitbit the notification setting is on
