For a couple days, my charge 2 has not been vibrating when I receive a phone call/text message. Now, all the sudden, it won’t stop vibrating and the step counter is increasing rapidly I am not waiting it.

i tried resetting it and hat didn’t work. Even when I turn the notifications off, it still vibrates constantly. I’m not sure what to do???

Hello @Tiffany522, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Before we can move forward, I'd like to make sure that you tried the correct restart process, therefore, please check the following steps and contact me back if further assistance is needed:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

I'll be here.
