I'm a bit confused about the issue you're experiencing, can you please clarify if your Charge 2 is not charging or is the battery not lasting as it should and losing time? If the first option, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
If the second, please provide more information and details about the battery life of your device so I can further investigate.
