Charge 2 not automatically picking up activity/exercise

Hi,

My Charge 2 has recently stopped automatically picking up walking or any sport such as football and only automatically picks up random elliptical of random times or calories at times when I might be resting.  I then have to manually log the activity in the App. The Charge 2 is picking up the fitness sessions when set by the button on the armband, but just not automatically. The Charge 2 used to pick up any activities over 15mins showing numbers of steps, HR etc etc. I have tried the suggested process to reboot and nothing has changed.

Same problem here, just started tracking elliptical usage with long minutes and low calories when I'm at work doing a desk job, but not picking up my workout in the evenings.   Hope someone can help us with this issue
