Charge 2 not charging

My charge 2 stopped charging. Do I need to change battery?? Where can I get it done in Bangalore??

When my charge 2 battery died I called and was told it is not able to be fixed only replaced.

Let me help you with this. As @Kat948504 mentioned the Charge 2 battery isn't replaceable. Still you can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

I have tried all these steps and still it doesn't charge.I called and mailed customer support,but  o response.Disappojnted!! Should I assume that my fitbit is no more usable???
