Charge 2 not charging

2 green lights flash on connecting to power but not charging 

is synced ok but telling battery empty

@Norma48 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

I did what you said by cleaning it 

on my app it says fully charged and synced 

when plugged in battery showing empty

when unplugged no response at all blank screen
