I got a notification my charge2 needed charging. I plugged it in and checked it 2 hrs later. The screen was black and the button is not responding. One green light is lit on the back. I cleaned the charging ports per the help site instruction and plugged it back in. 2 more hours on the charger and still not charging.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It could be a display issue as you mentioned that the back lights are on. Try restarting the device by following these instructions. You can also find additional suggestions here.
