My charge 2 has stopped syncing with my app. I have tried restarting my phone, my Fitbit, turning bluetooth on and off...all of the troubleshooting suggestions. I uninstalled the Fitbit app, and unpaired my device. When I went to reinstall the device to the app, it says it is connecting, but after I enter the code, it says it can't connect. I am not very tech savvy, and beyond frustrated. Any help would be much appreciated!

One thing that has worked for me before is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.
There may be some other ideas you have yet to try in fitbit's troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
