No response at all from my Charge 2. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips on restarting (it won't), have used 2 different charging cables, cleaned the contacts, held the button in while on the charger. No Bluetooth connection. Is this possibly related to the latest Fitbit software update this month? Totally dead.
This Fitbit is not too old (but of course is outside of the 1 year warranty). If this can't be fixed, I am going to be quite unhappy with Fitbit and will be looking at alternatives.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? I have done all of the steps in the link that you sent and there is still no response. The heart rate sensors do not flash, the screen stays totally black no matter what I do. I have tried a different charging cable and a different USB port. No response. Also I do not think that the battery was dead when it quit working. I had fully charged it a day or two before it failed. Usually I am only having to recharge every 6 or 7 days.
