Charge 2 not charging

This morning my Charge 2 started to scroll through all the screens without pause. The only way to get it to stop was to put it on the charger (it had been charged the day before).  Took it off the charger and it resumed scrolling.  Reset the unit but now its reported no charge.  Put it on the charger for 2-3 minutes and it reports full charge.  Restart the device and no charge.  So its dead.

 

Anyone able to get a hold of support?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your Charge 2 completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
