I have only had my fit bit since October, but the syncing has slowed down and some times doesn't work at aswell and it has stopped telling me things like to move every hour and that, it's like it has stopped down already, is there anything I can do?

@Liwyatt A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working as it should. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Make sure that it isn't in the do not disturb mode by long pressing the button while seeing the clock face.
Finally for the syncing issues please follow these instructions.
